hi what happen if i already haveinfluent french and rusian languange.....can i activate the key???

My friend did that and got an additional language pack. Then the key was useless after that.

Not sure what you mean, but for example, he had Influent with some language packs, and then he redeemed the key and selected the french language pack he still didn't have.

Yes, you can activate as many as you want and it will grant you the language pack(s).
