Well, it's 3.44 but only from 56 reviews. Like on Steam, the number of reviews should be taken into account for these type of crowd soured reviews. I searched the area for other ramen restaurants and found one rated 3.61 with 204 reviews. https://s.tabelog.com/en/tokyo/A1315/A131504/13132475/
