Screenshot the conversation of him laughing/refusing you the gift, mark as not received, and if you still haven't gotten in by the time you're back on the computer message support with the screenshots. They have up to a week to deliver it, I had someone decline my friend request and tell me to shut up when I e-mailed them but still had to wait a week before support would do anything so just be patient friend.
