I was lucky enough to get HITMAN 2016 game free, didn't had time to try it out yet fully, but from what I've played its amazing, havent played any other hitman games :(

Do you mean chapter 1 and 2 that were given away on the Steam store, or did they give the whole game at some point? :o
Anyway, I played a bunch of them, and 2016 is a lot more casual IMO. Which on one hand is nice because it's much more relaxing, but on the other hand feels like it's drifting away from its roots.

No, I found a bug in fanatical website, so as a reward they let me chose one game free, so I chose HITMAN GOTY, because I want to try it out.
Wich Hitman game is the best in your opinion? Not counting the 2016 one, or the GO,Sniper ones.

Hard to say which one is the best... I liked the first one better, but it's quite old now. I actually played it again a few years ago though, it was still playable ^^ What's nice is that it does have a proper story and it feels "new". Well, as far as I remember the story starts with Hitman getting out of the hospital/lab where he was created, so... yup, new 🙃
Hitman 2: Silent Assassin wasn't bad either, I didn't like it as much as the 1 at first, but coming back to it a decade later the UI/controls feel less outdated / more polished.
For someone new to the series and who's allergic to outdated games, Absolution might be the best one to start with. Although the story is meh, the gameplay didn't go full-super-easy mode like "Hitman 2016" , the missions were globally nice (and not meant to be grinded 10 times like in 2016...), and it's still modern enough.

Contracts and Blood Money would be the best entry points.
Codename 47 wasn't fully decided if it wants to be a stealth game or a shooter.
Silent Assassin is quite difficult, mostly due to rather poorly implemented disguises and overall clunkiness (, so I wouldn't suggest it as the first game to play.
Absolution is pretty much stealth-shooter (if you played it, think Splinter Cell Chaos Theory vs Conviction) which won't give good insight into the rest of the series.

I played Hitman 2: Silent Assassin, Hitman: Contracts and Hitman: Blood Money, all on the PS2, I have yet to play the newer versions, I plan to replay the whole series on PC and move on from there to the newer releases, they certainly look outstanding, I really like stealth games in general. Not too thrilled about the episodic format, but if this can get us a better game with more detailed, and memorable levels, then so be it.
I quite enjoyed the movie too, not great, but pretty decent and worth seeing for the fans of Agent 47.
