Chat log history

Hello,
I want to ask, how can I access the full chat history? I know that thanks to this new chat it is possible now, but I just can't seem to find it. I got some bug and somebody has had written to me, but chat didn't load and I have no idea who wrote to me. I know that I once accessed the full chat log history, but I can't remember the way how to get to it. Can somebody maybe post the link? Or tell me the way how to do it?

Not aware of how to do it on PC off the top of my head although you should be able to see your chat history on your phone if you have the steam app, when you press on a name it should have the recent chat history downloaded.

i am pretty sure somebody had posted it here when the chat went live, but fok me, I can't find it... I am sure that I have accessed it and was impressed and pleased... my steam on phone is somehow bugged, it didn't load me the message...
