u may wanna clarify which part of it. the part that it needs to of been wishlisted? or the part that needs the wishlist size to be smaller then 300?
edit: they only asked why the wishlist part was apart of the rules, but i guess they decided not to ask after all.. ^^

Looking at SGT, it says, "Custom rule: wishlist_date <= date('2017/04/01') and num_wishlisted_games < 300 and owned_games < 1500 and num_won < 750 and trade_ban == false and community_ban == false"

Seem owned_games should have been num_owned_games
- [Array] owned_games -> All games owned by user, use array operators to work with it - e.g. 374320 in owned_games (Checks if user owns Dark Souls 3)
- [Integer] num_owned_games -> Number of user's owned games on steam as reported by steam api

I think you meant wishlist_date <= date('2017/04/01') (less or equal than) not wishlist_date == date('2017/04/01').

I had that originally, but the info-text for wishlist data said it was "before or at the specified date." But I changed it back to <=. Give it another try please.
