It sort of seems like that. I've skipped 5 of the last 6 weekly deals. Their main bundles are still pretty good though, because I think I'm still buying them more often than not. However, it is getting harder to find bundles I really like as I buy more and more games.

It has to get worse and worse, if they want to stick to the weekly model. Same with Groupees, if you ask me. Too many bundles, too low average quality of games.
But Guacamelee for one dollar shouldn't be missed by anyone.

I'm passing on this. For me, it's not that great. I've already got all of tier 1 and Garry's Mod. Getting a $10 early access game for $6 isn't that appealing to me, and the higher tiers are even less appealing. I have to say I'm a little surprised at the four-tier structure this time though. Two and three seem common enough, but four seems relatively rare.

Technically, it's $5 more than the previous tier, so that's what you'd be paying for it.
If you do the breakdown by tier, you're paying the following:

Your $15 still net you the whole package. If you don't have them it's cheaper to buy this pack. If you have most of the other games, it's cheaper to wait for a sale instead.
Complaining about the price of a higher tier is like complaining about Skyrim Legendary Edition costing more than one DLC. You're not paying $50 for one DLC, you're paying for the whole pack. If it's not cost-effective for you, then just buy what you need.

You still get all the games from previous tiers. Whether you previously had them or not is irrelevant.
Although if, like me, you already own most of them then there's no point in buying them back again to get the higher tiers.

Technically, yes. But almost all of them are repeats (were SpeedRunners bundled before?) and I own most of them, so those games are worth nothing to me. Also, I'm pretty sure nobody would pay 2.50 for GMOD and 4.00 for Probably Archery.
Edit: Plus as sviat93 and q00u said, it's still 15$ no matter what.
So it's only worth for those, who don't own any of those games. With every game you own, the price of State of Decay goes up.

Pretty bad bundle when you look at it's price, you would probably get the games for cheaper if you didn't buy the bundle and just got them elsewhere separetely or in other bundles. Speedrunners is quite good though, I played it for quite a few hours the past week by chance and it's great to play with some friends
