Yes, I bought on the first day and my bundle was added straight away.

You should contact IG support. IME if a purchase doesn't show up within an hour, then it won't show up without intervention from support.

Do you mean indiegala account or added to steam? Half didn't show up in my steam library until I went to find their steam pages and then they appeared in my library like normal.
