Ohhhh that looks so good! I haven't had beef pan fried noodles in quite a while... hopefully it wasn't too greasy for you, can't really tell from the picture.

I believe its "Beef Chow Hor Fun". I am guessing the "Hor" word is taken out to simply when ordering? The "Chow" word here would mean Stirfry. Did you try the "wet" version? Although its full of starch water "Beef Hor Fun" is one of my fav. Though I seldom eat it as my mum do not eat beef. There are lesser stores that makes the dish nice around my area too. Just over-priced starch-water with little ingredients. Bon Appetit! :D
