You shouldn't, but you can and nobody will stop you (probably). In this particular case, giving away the key seems reasonable, however.

You can't dismember a single steam key containing multiple games, but otherwise, yes.

can i have the dungeon defenders collection please? i mainly came to this page to get it but now the humble bundle is gone and my hopes are fading.....

If I remember correctly, that bundle gives individual keys. So it's ok.
