Do you hate that a game gets to the bundled game list with like 10months rollback time so you lose CV?
When it happens, it effects everyone equally. If I lose some, I fix it with more giveaways. Problem solved.

thats right, but if its on list since 2014 as they added to it with that datum then i dont buy it last saturday. well, 2eur or how much was it is like nothing, its just annoying this rollback and unreliable behaviour. We all different tho, you fix it with new giveaways, but no guarantee that they dont think that it should be added to bundle list aswell with like a datum of september 2011, just because they can:-p oh well, after 1000th game ill give away my bundle game surplus but never again anything what not on that list:-p

I don´t think that the 2014-date matters in any way. You bought it with a 90% discount right? And recently many 90% discounts get on the bundle-list cause with some currencies compared to $ it´s like a 95%+x discount.
So if you just want to do giveways that give you full valued CV, stay away from those discounts.

this should be in FAQ at least. Yes, was 90%, for its price i could have been bought a bundle instead and gave away 5-6 game not just 1:-p Well, that was just the price of like 2 beers, but its still annoying, that the bundle list not reliable but next time just to be sure ill give away only allready bundled games, there at least i know what to except:-p

take the list as a guideline. it's better to do research on your own, like calculating the price drops by region.

Don't forget, the bundle list is maintained by an actual human, not an omniscient robot. :) Something with a ridiculous discount may not appear in the list instantly, but don't think that makes you safe... :)
So if you don't care what games you are giving away, and only want to get maximum CV with minimum expenses, check some place like http://isthereanydeal.com/ to be sure your cheap stuff wasn't too cheap... :)
And remember many things with "only" a 90% discount in expensive regions had the equivalent of a 95% discount in the cheap places, which is the cutoff for being added to the bundle list.
Or you can forget about levels, and just give away games to make people happy. But that's crazy talk... :)

If you want the bundle list to be updated faster, you can submit support tickets for missing items. The reason missing items stay missing for so long is because they're usually only caught by some members a couple of months later, who create support tickets to add the games.

then i want to report that 300 dwarves was added to bundle list and i dropped now 4th time from lvl 3:-D according to bundle list it was added with 31th august datum, so clearly was because of weekly steam sale, but according to

It was 91% off the base Russian price. The converted price is $0.23, which is more than 95% off the US price

No offence but this should be a thing already, i don't see what there's to be discussed. No one outside RU/CIS can activate and play gifts/keys bought from them anymore, without risking the banhammer, so it's silly that their prices/sales should continue to affect everyone else in any way anymore.

Here's why it's in discussion: because the admin is the only one that codes the site and he rolls updates along in his free time. Implementation choices can and will affect time to implement.

This regional situation makes things quite messy. It is really hard to follow global sales (that are not even available to the most users) and combine that with converted prices (which fluctuate all the time) plus add that the list might get updated months afterwards. I hope there will be a better and more clear solution as the current one doesn't feel good.

I gave away 6 gifts of Star Saviors a month ago and today it got added to the bundle list and I went down from level 3 to level 1. I was so pissed off.
The most annoying part is that not only was the game not listed as a bundle game on SG but I also couldn't find it on bundle wiki so I thought it's gonna be all good.
After some research today it appears like the game was in a bundle about a month before I bought the gifts. It was on some bundle site that I never heard off and one that is now dead. Only one single website that deals with bundle infos has that bundle listed.
I guess I'll have to do some serious research every time I want to buy a game to give away on SG, which is annoying and a waste of time really.

Was 90% off when I bought it. Didn't know it was lower then that before.
But you're right, I just checked on SteamDB and it was down to 96% before. Guess I'll have to start checking discount history for each game before buying it too.

This new game launched last week on Steam - The Dreamatorium of Dr. Magnus 2. A friend of mine who GA away that game reported getting bundled CV. SG has marked it Bundled:

The developers have categorically clarified the game has been launched for Steam platform only and they have not bundled it or allowed anyone to bundle it. I wonder if this is an error somewhere. if so I hope it is cleared. Quite a few people I know cancelled plans to GA this game and that is sad.

There was a promotion that you'd get the game for free once it is Greenlit (I got it that way) and maybe that's the reason why it is considered bundled. Just a guess though.

Steam store. We both bought it same day of release at store last week.If greenlit keys are given free, shouldn't the game be counted free and not one that can be GA??? Confusing........

It's impossible to update list on-the-fly, it always delayed. It's sad when you give away steam game and then it counts as bundled, but there is not much support can do.
Actually, the only way I see - is splitting key and gift giveaways apart, but when I suggested it back in beta of sg2.0 I were said that it's impossible (while it's successfully done on other site, I don't wont to drop a link, but most of you know it).
So, only thing we can do - don't care a lot about CV. I come and go(sometimes), but while you keep giving away - you'll be okay.

Seriously, this is now wierd, i understand that support/mods cant update bundle list asap, but this is now retard.
Once i lost 1.5 level because of that, so bought on steam some stuffs which wasnt on bundle list to get back at least lvl 3 or 4, but now you added the very same item to bundled list with a datum of 2014!!!?!?!?!!! Am i the only one who except that if i give away something which not on bundle list, not in any current bundle and not free anywhere then i get full CV and it dont gets added to bundle list suddenly with 10months older datum?
