Reporting a fraudulent

Hi guys,an hour ago this guy ( http://www.steamtrades.com/user/EvokeSabreTooth ) added me and said he is selling his origin account. I am not interested in buying accounts but I wanted to listen him . I am trying to buy Titanfall and he made me a great offer ( I thought ). He said the account have BF3 with prem, BF4, Paradise ultimate, crysis 2, dead space, mirror's edge, plants vs zombies, peggle and titan fall and claimed that it is his personal account and said that he will go first in the trade. Therefore, I just wanted to give him a shot. He gave me the email and password of the acoount along with the security answers, and I wanted to check the account first by logging in. I logged in and everything seemed valid until I realized that he is using Origin Game Time program ( which lets you try a game before you buy, and if you use that program, the game icon stays in your library as if you own the game). I immediately returned to him and said him that I will report his both steam and origin account and leave a - rep in his steam trades account. However, he acted before and left and - rep in my profile and said that he would also report me for trying to scam him (?) . I was literally shocked. How can a person can be such low ? I wonder, if there is a way to report him and get my - rep off my account ?
