Unrecieved email with CD-KEY

Hello everybody,

So I entered this giveaway a few days ago and won it today: http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/uGiAP/dead-space

I checked my email but I didn't recived any kind of serial/cd-key or something like that (I double-checked my email even in my Spam section). What does bother me is, why when I open the page (from steamgifts.com) "View Won" I can't answear the question "Recieved Gift?" with the option "No". I can only check the option "Yes" (http://img534.imageshack.us/img534/7384/pv00.png). I tried to contact the author on Steam, but it seems to be offline for over 15h.

What should I do?

At first it didn't annoy me, just made me laugh. Now I'm in the state of getting annoyed by it. Maybe in a couple of months I will laugh again.
