I miss the Bioshock 1, Bioshock 2 and the minerva's den dlc

Should I get them now because I see those are on a -80% discount ?

Please help me :)

The Minerva's Den DLC WAS given for free for previous owners of Bioshock 2 when it was released on Steam, but if you bought Bioshock 2 since then you have to buy the DLC seperatly.
