Nobody saw that the collection got a brand new appID and store page, and the original store page linked to the Penal Zone was hidden and its price tag removed?
You need to ask support to change the giveaway game to the new appID, 901399.

Better approach would be all gibs converted through one database query in one go for all people. That'd be 1 line of SQL code (for cg), compared to hundreds of tickets for support.

I saw cg mass deleting free game gibs once, so it is conceivable ;-)
