not sure i understand, but if you meant when participating its definitely SGtools because it filters users depending on the rules used, could be 95% of the website could be simply 30%.

The ones with a few entries obviously. xD A lot of private giveaways, group giveaways, whitelist giveaways, even region-locked (?) giveaways, have usually only a few entries. Sgtools also usually have fewer entries than public ones, since they're private.

You wouldn't be able to participate most giveaways that use SGTools. Can you figure out the reason by yourself?

Group, Puzzle, Region Lock, Whitelist...basically anything other than "public" will increase your chances of winning.
