Solution

• Start at https://gammanet.reluctantsnake.de
• Go to /messages.
• Open the third message.
• Decode the Base64 string (there also was a hint in the page source if you didn't recognize it as base64 right away):

• Go to /downloads.
• Open the gammaNET price list

• Go to /login, click on "Allow" and enter the login key.
• Click on active webcams.
• Hover over the bottom left (4th) "webcam" to get a giveaway code: dsOxU
• Add the code to a giveaway URL: https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/dsOxU/ (Street Fighter™ 6)

• Use the earlier hint (/deltanet/ <- vowels are leet) and change the vowels to get: /d3lt4n3t/ (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leet#Table_of_leet-speak_substitutes_for_normal_letters)

• Go to /chat.
• Click on click me in the second to last chat message to get to the Remnant II giveaway.

• Go to /news.
• Open two new games released on gammaNET.
• The hint is at the end: put a little easter egg in there for you :D just do the right thing when you SEE the sign
• Go back to gammaNET.
• Go to /games and click on Do your Duty.
• Follow the report guidelines found at /downloads -> report guidelines until the eye on the gammaNET logo changes to red. (5th one)
• Click on Don't Report.
• Overlay the first image over the second one to get the giveaway code: iPMov
