For what it's worth, a non-HTTPS site doesn't even slghtly mean it's automatically malicous. There's many dangerous sites with HTTPS, infact most of them nowadays do. HTTPS also doesn't really matter unless you're logging into the site, if you're just browsing it then there's no issues.
HTTPS only helps against 3rd parties being a man in the middle of the connection. Doesn't mark the site as safe in ANY regard.

I can see that being a problem. I might add some controls to adjust the size and remove the scanline effect in the coming days.

All I'll say for now is that there is an intended way to solve that part (using your keyboard or the onscreen one) and some other ways that it could be done.
If you have tried that and actually nothing at all is changing on the page, please check if you are blocking the JavaScript.

so someone just sent me this link.
I don't really know what to do with it, so I figured some of you might have more luck.
All I know is that it will apparently be available until January 6th.

Solution:
#1 A hint is the steamgifts logo above the onscreen keyboard and after a while the "s" key starts blinking. You can also look at the page source and find the solution in the obuscated javascript file "main.js".
#2 "help" is just a common CLI command. Knowing that will help you, but you can get that information if you google "CLI". For example on the Wikipedia article for "Command-line interface".
#3 The solution for the admin password is in the manual: "default admin password: current server time encoded in base64"
#4 You can use any Base64 en-/decoder online or type in "download base64util" and use that one.
#5 You can get to that giveaway by just trying the Konami Code right away.
Anything else were just red herrings. :)
