My first giveaway.

Well it's not like I'm gonna post every single one of them. It's my first giveaway of any type, so I figured it warranted a post.

If it's against the rules or something, I'll close the topic. I've seen others talk about their first giveaway, so I figured that was okay.

I don't see how it qualifies as spam, but to each his or her own. I'm not getting anything for posting it or even giving away the key, so you can't claim referral or advertisement or anything like that. It was my first giveaway, I was kind of excited about contributing, so I posted. No need to be a negative Nancy about it.

If a mod requests I take it down, I will do so, even though I still stand by the fact that there are far more useless topics on the boards at present than what some would consider mine.

Honestly I get more annoyed by people complaining about posts of public giveaways.

The posting is not meaningless, but rather it is someone sharing their joy and excitement at the thought of giving back to the community. I, for one, enjoyed hearing about that sentiment. If you would prefer to be a wet blanket, you can skip this topic.
