Does Steam show you a "Show CD key" message (should be right in your libary under "links") ? If yes, you should use that to activate the game on Uplay. Otherwise it's maybe just a bug, try restarting or wait a few hours, I remember that games from the Uplay shop take a few hours to show up, but Steam games should be there immediately.

Click it?! Then choose activate product key. Try to activate your key. It probably won't work, but it can't get worse, right?

There is a button, but i dont think you can do that. If the game is activated on steam it should be automaticaly added to uplay account associated.

It runs uplay and then should run the game itself. AC would appear in your uplay account automatically.

What error message do you get?

Do you have a uplay account created? Try verify cache of game first (right click the game on steam > propertise > local files tab > verify inergrity of game cache)
