Decent controller? (GA inside)

Heyho im a little bit special but i use a NVIDIA SHIELD Wireless Controller it would a little more then you want to spend but if you maybe like to buy a Nvidia Shield Tablet later it would a good move ^^

XBox 360 controller without a doubt. The only thing that bothered me was that the sticks were a bit stiff in the beginning, but thats not really a problem. I don't have it still though (it hink my brother has it somewhere, lol.)

I use a PS4 controller for PC gaming. It's especially handy when the touchpad can be used as a mouse so I can select or change something without having to get up.

go for the XBox360 controller. i've got one after i made some huge research over the reviews, prices and quality balance. The xbox360 controller is the best one you can invest into.

The xbox 360 one is great. Ive got one from speedlink, but its not compatible with a lot of games.
A xbox 360 controller with cable is cheaper than the wireless one, and you can use it at a xbox too.

Microsoft XBOX 360, over 2 years no scrath , is a solid buy.

I'm using a xbox one controller with usb adapter (wired), best controller I ever used, it's suitable for any types of games except flight sims and racing sims, good enough for semi-sim racing. I'm waiting for their wireless adapter to release.

I use xbox 360 wired controller. So far no problems, thats probably not a surprise. I would buy the same again if I had to choose again.

The 360 controller is pretty good BUT the d-pad sucks, so if you're going to be playing some classic platforming and/or 2D fighters I wouldn't recomend it. I personally use DualShock3's controllers, but I own a PS3 so it was a no-brainer (also great d-pad). I haven't used a DualShock4 on a PC but people say it's great and the touchpanel can be used as a mouse.

This is the one I use. Slightly cheaper than the xbox controller and still pretty solid. Looks like some other people in the thread recommend it too!

Xbox 360 has a good controller. But I would prefer a PS3 or PS4 controllers. The Steam Controller is amazing, the only flaw that made me give up from buying it is the batteries. I hate those damned things. That's why I preffer PS3 and PS4 controllers.

I'll go get DS4. Have problem with F310's bad shoulder buttons causing problems when playing PES.

DS4 looks identical to my precious analogue stick of PS1.

i'm using an xbox one controller and it's decent - they will release a wireless dongle for PC later this year so for now you can buy a wireless one and just use a micro-usb cable just like i do
and i've had the 360 controller for ages as well, the XBone feels so much better

My 360 controllers are aging and they were great, but right now I wouldn't buy one again. I will try to figure out how good the Steam Controller is once it's released and if it doesn't convince me, it's gonna be the Xbone one.

Thanks for all your input! The Logitech F310 was also mentioned many times, so now I'm torn between the Xbox 360 controller and the F310 ;) I think I'll go with the Xbox controller though, since on amazon.de, the f310 costs the same.
