I went to sign up, and decided to read the TOS. Avast blocked the webpage for the TOS due to "pishing" 😬

AFAIK all the dev kits on Epic have always been free.
Created my Epic Games account before Fortnite Battle Royale even existed.

I'm a bit confused. Is this the full game? Or what's the difference of the Dev Kit, to the full game? (if there is any)
