Question about winning.

The gifter will contact you through e-mail or adding you as friend in Steam, then handing over the gift or key to you.

It can come as a gift or a key.

The gifter could send a key code or gift to your email. Or, they could add you on Steam and gift you the game or give you a key code in chat.

The person who made the giveaway will either add you on steam and trade it to you or message you the key, or email you the gift or key. The site does not automate the delivery of the gift, it's one gamer giving it to another gamer, the site just helps randomly choose the person that gets it.

Either the winner send the gifts by mail or adds you to give it to you or he sends you the key by mail. Steamgifts has nothing to do with gifts/keys transmission (except when it's a developer giveaway).
