How to find out if a game is Regeion locked

Hi there, maybe this is a dumb question but is there any way to find out if a game is locked in any region?

The story behind this, i have a game key from Fanatical and decided to give it away, now someone is telling me that i must write about the region lock, but how did i know in wich region of the world this game could be locked or not?

So i have read the FAQ and there are just answers that indicate that i have to be sure that i give the right informations about the region lock, but how do i find out? I mean, when i search for the game in steam, i can find it and buy it, because it is avaiable in my region, but thats all. So maybe someone could help me about this.

First of all, "YOu must write about region locked" → You must do what you want.

Then, you can try this.

But the better information is from the reseller like MissDefi wrote.
