Is it ok to Enter ARMA X giveaway if?

Is it ok to enter an ARMA X giveaway if you already owned Combined Operations. The only games I don't go in there are the ARMA Gold, ARMA CWC, and the ARMA DLCs. I'm wondering if this is ok or not, or is it ok and is a dick move, or is it absolutely ok?

No, he own two base games (arma2 and arma2 operation arowhead), so he missing only old arma cold war assault and 2dlcs.

meh, up to you and the contributer really, if you would feel like a dick owning 2 games from the pack and winning then dont enter, but i would ask the contributer before you enter.
