Happening for me as well within the hour. I can't even enter giveaways because of my account "being out of sync," which is odd since I synced yesterday after having won a game but it says I haven't synced in over a week.

I synced and saw my game total jump from 484 to 509. I manually synced last week and certainly did not add 25 more games since then.
My Steam profile counts 460 games owned and BLAEO counts 482.

I also found the source of my game explosion. Apparently redeeming the "Double Fine Adventure!" documentary counted each episode as a "game" -- 20 of them to be exact. :P

Anyone else having a problem with manual syncing? You push the button, it immediately says success, but nothing has actually happened? You go back to the sync page, and the previous sync time is still showing.
EDIT 1: And reports in the comments indicate that auto-sync isn't working either, so sync is completely broken.
EDIT 2: Sync seems to be working now.
