Problem with a giveaway

The good news is that I won the game of Insurgency based from this link (there are 4 winners including me): http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/TCwoz/insurgency
The bad news is that I did not receive the code. Sure I can mark "not received" after a week if a code is not present. But also how can I contact the user that created the giveaway? I cannot PM any user here, and not even in Steam, but maybe in a Steam forum.

Seeing that the other winners got their keys allready I assume he requested a re-roll because you have a non-activated win from last month. Support will probably grant that request and a new winner will be chosen

If I win a gift, when can I expect to receive it?

  • Giveaway creators are allowed one week to send the gift after the giveaway has ended. Depending on the type of gift and the giveaway creator, you might receive the gift to the e-mail address you have listed on the account page, a key might be added beside the gift you won, or the giveaway creator might have sent you a friend request on Steam to make the exchange. Please remain patient, and do not contact the giveaway creator during this time. If the gift is not received after one week, you can mark the gift as not received, and attempt to contact the giveaway creator on Steam to follow-up.
