Game is sent to his email and I've ticked the 'Sent' icon in giveaway...what is the final step is it for him to confirm? what happens if he does not confirm getting the game but gets it anyways?

Wait 7 days, the winner may not be online on the moment ;) If he doesn not confirm then, you can send a ticket to the support and ask for a reroll.

if it's there then contact them and remind them to send feedback.
if not, then wait 7 days, do a reroll.

if he/she still hasn't sent feed back but activated the game, make a support ticket.
