Sometimes if you click "submit comment" more than once it posts more than once. Sometimes if there's some issue when it submits it, it posts more than once. It was probably unintentional and therefore not spamming.

Having said that, CompassNorth is right, there's nothing rude about someone suggesting something you can try. You asked for help, don't get pissy when people offer it. They were respectable about it and not rude at all.

The other guy "spamming his little face" (intentional or not) has nothing to do with that person offering help either so I'm not even sure why you're commenting on that when the issue of someone supposedly being rude is brought up. That's a separate issue.
