Works for me, first time, every time. Why do you have to refresh the page?

I am getting the "please wait" message from time to time as well, but refreshing the page ONCE did fix that for me every time until now. Is your internet connection overloaded at the moment by a chance?

It happens to me randomly too. Sometimes it's instant, sometimes it takes some seconds, sometimes it doesn't work and I have to refresh.

Perhaps the issue is on your side. Have you tried using a different browser? Is your internet stable and decently fast?

I find it more annoying when the site loads slowly when I try to hide a game.

I get the same thing sometimes. Not sure why. I'm on Windows 8.1 with Chrome.

Seems to be random.

Some days I'll get it to instantly enter each time. Others, I'll be sitting there refreshing the page 5+ times before it decides to enter it.

Considering that people report it working fine and others don't, it may just be a fault in the site, where there is an overload of people at certain times?

with firefox i have the same problem from time to time, with chrome there are no problems.
also the android browser (i think some kind of chrome too?) makes no problems

I'm getting this too, although it's gotten better since the new site launched.

On the first day I couldn't enter anything at all. At all. Now it only happens probably every 10th giveaway.

work fine for me website but android app nope..can't log in! tried from chrome for android and work..its just the app who seems doens't work

No problems for me on Safari on iOS or Firefox on Windows 8.1.

This only seems to happen for me during high(est) server load (~6 to 8 pm GMT).
