Consider it an opportunity to get a real smartphone instead of an iPhone. If your brother is prone to getting your stuff all wet, I might suggest you look into something like a Galaxy S4 Active or an Xperia Z since they're waterproof.

lol Reminds me of a guy at work who dropped his iphone 4 into the deep frier. The audio and power/usb (dunno what it's called) jacks were ruined but amazingly the phone was still functional.
