Fix spelling, grammar and capitalization, lose the gradient, choose a decent font and do something about typography in general, "hello and welcome to" sounds exactly like those Minecraft weirdos with a 10yo audience, put the logo in the header, never put a video as the first thing on the page, footer text is unreadable.

Spelling, Grammar and Captialization will have some work done on it :). Lose the gradient, Hmm, Are you sure? I tend to think that it looks quite..."Plain" as just a white background. I can definitely work with the fonts and typography in general. Is there anything else you could suggest instead of "Hello and welcome to"? The logo can definitely be added into the header. I will change the colour of the footer text, possibly to white.

It won't look plain once you spice it up a little with typography. You need two fonts: one for the copy, one for the headlines.
I would also recommend not using blue as body text, anywhere. Try having blue headers and black text (not entirely black, but something like #222 should be just fine).
You can also add more colour. Orange is complementary to blue. The checkmarks could be orange, for example. While you experiment, you can use Font Awesome for those, and various other symbols that you might have.
And don't listen to the guy above complaining about whitespace. You have a 960px width, and that is perfectly fine.

Lots of blank space along the sides, widen the text/content a little. Make the video you have at the top of the screen larger. Put all the twitter youtube twitch stuff at the bottom of the page, or integrate it into the "what we do" section. Put the staff list underneath the "what we do" section, it's more important that we know what "gamers united" is before we care about who runs it. Make a larger space between "Hello and welcome to gamers united" and the "gamers united is a gaming community...". For each staff member put their name above the picture in perhaps a bolder font, then make the description/blurb/tagline underneath.

Hey guys, im not 100% sure if this is actually allowed, but I personally dont at all see this as self-promotion.
Ive been starting html coding slightly lately, and I have created a landing page for my friend and I's gaming community. I would like to get some advice from you guys on what is good and what isnt and what could be changed or even added.
I would like some constuctive critism please :)
I know that when the video is clicked on it currently takes you to our trailer on YouTube, I need to change the video on the landing page to the trailer. I was using the TTT video for testing.
