I wouldn't count on them. I once had a problem with a key not showing up after buying. Sent them a Mail with screenshot. That was about a year ago. Still no answer today, and I have sent them not only a few reminders. Luckily it was just a few cents that I lost.

Strange.. Usually I get a reply on 1st try.. My max has been 3 messages in 5-6 days and it was the holidays (yes I was in a hurry xD )

Indeed it updates when you change the page but this is not the problem for me I check the amount of silver the give aways need and It should not reach that fast. I always look at the amount of silver needed, be aude of some games needed 100+ in the past.
So I should have indeed a over half of my indiegala silver when it reaches 0.

It better to ask on indiegala forum. I have been in similar case before but that was year ago.
First, depend on the browser and the setting, your galasilver may not update immediately when you used them. As such, your 150 galasilver was before you enter any giveaway. After you refresh it show your current galasilver.
Second, giveaway cost in indiegala are very different from steamgifts. In indiegala, a 10$ game may cost somewhere between 5 - 120 galasilver, so it very easy to used up all 150 galasilver for just a few giveaway.

I have sent a message through the help button, but I did not know there was a forum in IG. I will aks there as well if I do not get any reply.
The cost in IG giveaways indeed fluctuate but I usually enter the small ones or skip most of them. So by page 2 I may have entered only 1 giveaway and still be down to 0 from the typical 200 that you start with.

Hey ,i think i had the same problems too some years ago.
The only thing i did was relog into Indiegala than go into the key profile section and type the code send via Email .
Yeah if i remember correct it was like you get locked out of your account after using the first giveaway page on IG.

Hello there,
Last 2 days I have the below problem.
I visit IndieGala and enter some giveaways on the first 2-3 pages.
An error pops up while trying to enter a random GA telling me that I have no more silver.
I check my balance, it is more than 150 galasilver.
I refresh, my silver is 0.
The error persists even if I close the tab and open it again.
Logout and login again, still 0.
Has anyone else encountered it?
