Preface: I had $5 Amazon.com credit on my account from when I attempted to buy a PS3 game about 5 years ago and it wouldn't let me due to being outside of USA. Just added Dragonborn to the cart and checked out. Then I went back and bought Hearthfire since I still had about $2 worth of credit left (it charged me sales tax on Dragonborn) and I figured I may as well spend it.

I figured using the RWS logo was tantamount to in your face advertising, and since I don't agree with that, I changed it to something with a little more flare. It is a Serious Sam style logo!

You don't own the base game, that is why! It doesn't show on your Steam Profile anyway. These are just the two main expansions for Skyrim. (The previously always stupidly expensive to punish you for being an early supporter expansions).

Thanks for the DLC's.. I 100%-ed the vanilla game back in 2011 in the first few weeks playing 100+ hours and then I never touched it again :-P Would be nice to get back into it with the DLC's :-)

It works in Canada so I would assume either ROW or at least North America, and I see Dawnguard gives that error. Dragonborn didn't when I bought it.
