Hello! Sorry for my bad English, but I need help. I sent the winner the gift, but he has not mark it as received. I wrote him, he got and activated the game. I asked him to mark, but I did not get any answer.I cannot choose another winner.

Ended 3 weeks ago...you should already asked for a reroll, like 2 weeks ago, but yeah you send the gift.....the winner activated it, so I think support can mark it as received

Напиши в саппорт, пусть проверят факт, что победитель активировал игру - они тебе сами поставят галочку Received.

Contact support about this, they will mark it as received.

The dude probably doesn't understand english or could be an asshole. I would suspend the dude if it was the latter.
