I'm thinking about buying a physical copy but its in Spanish.

Is the game in English or has the option to be in English?

Ps4 games usually comes with a lot of languages you should be able to check it on the back

Yes you can switch the game in english, as far as I know, all games have a english option built in

The voices are in english in every version of the game, French, spanish, italian, russian ...
