Not hating, but you should definitely learn English first. Or at least use Google Translate.

Don't be a dick. His English is understandable.

That's why I said "Not hating", to lower the feeling of my negativity towards the guy.

His English is fine, and he doesn't need English to be a gamer.

Understandable, but lazy as ever. If you're going to make something for people to read, at least try to use the correct words.

The OP's English was perfectly understandable and suffered from few syntax errors that plague many non-native speakers (such as myself). It's the orthography that is objectionable in places, but I think that advising the poster to use Google Translate is inappropriate.

Also, while on the subject, your usage of "not hating" is grammatically questionable.

Alright Einstein, how much is 2+2? Huh?! Exactly. :)

Edit: Don't have anything against him, just that he did use those 'awesum' type of words, when he can clearly spell words without a problem.

That makes him lazy in his word usage, not illiterate.

I second Binding of Isaac. That's also one of the cheaper games but with huge replayability. :)
I must have 20 hours on it so far and I've only killed (spoiler) once.

Most games from my library, don't get tryst or Homefront, however.

You could try some turn-based strategy to mix things up a bit. I highly recommend Frozen Synapse.

Or how about an atmospheric side scrolling platformer like Limbo?

What about something like Amnesia: The Dark Decent? Pretty cool game in imo.

Or perhaps something along the lines of Broken Sword or Deponia?

I would say, just browse around game sites. Game stores (digital and actual game stores) and check game reviews.

Everyone has a different taste, so what I might find highly enjoyable (like point-and-click adventures), others might find boring and sleep inducing. Another example is that some might love MOBA games, but I don't like how quite a lot of the gamers are tense and serious and highly competitive ('cause gaming is everything to some people).

It really depends on the type of game you like but some of my favourites on Steam are Bastion (in my top 3 favourite games ever), Cave Story (ditto), The Binding of Isaac (only game I've managed to 100% on Steam - hard as hell but lots of replay value), Terraria (really fun to play with other people), Castle Crashers (ditto again), Sonic Adventure DX (one of my favourite games from when I was younger that I still love), Hell Yeah!, and the Sam and Max games.

My favourite games at the moment are:

  • BIT.TRIP RUNNER (minimalistic, music driven, sort of platformer - I recomend to use a gamepad like a xbox controller)

  • Civilization IV and V (turn based strategy - I like both but if you had to pick one I'd go with the one you could get for the lower price - look for bundles ;D)

  • Jamestown (bullethell shooter - gamepad recomended)

  • Audiosurf (if you are into music and have a large music collection this game is great!)

  • Beat Hazard (like Audiosurf but a shooter)

  • Rome/Medieval 2 - Total war (grand strategy game with a campaign map and a real time strategy element)

These are the games I enjoyed most recently - they are not exactly a recomendation based on what you wrote, but more a kind of hint what you could look into. Have fun and keep gaming! :D
