How put GIFs on Profile Steam?

I put in some favorite GIFs that I would put them in the profile that are not only capable can anyone tell me how to do?

upload artwork, edit profile > then pick the artwork showcase

You can also upload as screenshots.
Profile>Content>Artwork is the correct way
