They did remove it, there's another thread active about this already.

No Steam keys as it's an EA title, any keys available will be for the digital cancer that is Origin. There should be a few gift copies around, legal ones from traders, but prepare to pay top price for it now.

Steam doesn't approve of the grey market for obvious reasons. You, as buyer, are not likely to be punished for it.
If it's just the game you want, not particularly on Steam, get it here: https://www.origin.com/nl-nl/store/buy/50391/pc-download/base-game/standard-edition (Dutch version, change your language settings if it doesn't do so automagically)
