For once, I've actually got some money in my Steam wallet during a sale, so naturally my first impulse was to dump a bunch of games from my wishlist into my cart. However, I'd like to limit my spending to ~$15, so I'd like some help deciding. Let me know which games you think I should or shouldn't get and why. In regards to why I shouldn't get a game, I'm spending Steam market profits, so I don't really care if another store has had the game for slightly cheaper before. You can also suggest games not listed below, but they have to be under $5 and at least 75% off.

In no particular order, here are the games in my cart:

Game Discount Price
Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons -90% $1.49
Shadow Warrior -90% $3.99
This War of Mine -80% $3.99
Batman Arkham City GOTY -75% $4.99
Tiny and Big: Grandpa's Leftovers -90% $0.99
Dishonored -75% $2.49
Quantum Conundrum -80% $1.79
Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor Game of the Year Edition -80% $3.99
Apotheon -75% $3.74
Retro Game Crunch -90% $0.99
Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light -80% $1.99
Never Alone (Kisima Ingitchuna) -80% $2.99
Total $33.43

From your playtime it seems that you're into mostly action and FPS games. On that I'd advise getting Dishonored (it's universally considered a good game) since it fits those genres along with Batman.
Onto the "why":
A) Dishonored really sucked me into it's world like almost no other. I'm still humming the Drunken Whaler (off of Drunken Sailor) shanty now and then. It's too awesome on it's action sequences and it
has a very nice level design to top it all of along with a good story.
B) Batman, to be honest, I haven't really played, except the Arkham Asylum. Personally, since i 100%'ed that shit, wouldn't ever touch it again as I've found it's gameplay repetitive and/or boring. But that's
just me, try-harding it. If it's like Arkham Asylum (gameplay is mostly the same, it differs in that AC is set in an open world) and you're a fan of stealth/ action/ superhero games,
it should be more than alright, your call. :) And it's got decent reviews on Steam so...

To avoid:
Shadow of Mordor. Damn, that's an Assassin's Creed title set in Mordor. Damn.. After the first 45' minutes i was like "Not Altaïr / Ezio again ffs".. And it was almost exactly like that. Only buy this if you enjoy
the Assassin's Creed / Watch Dogs gameplay of "open world" and wouldn't mind playing a reskin (very few stuff are indeed different and fun, like trolls f.e.)

P.S. Tiny and Big, I never really finished, but did indeed fell in love with it's music. It's diverse, colourful and helluva lot interesting. Here's a taste:

The only Assassin's Creed game I've played is Black Flag, which I did enjoy. Do you think I'd like Shadow of Mordor if that's the case?

Probably yes then. Black Flag is indeed the best Assassin's Creed according to many, along with having the most distinct gameplay of them all. Shadow of Mordor is a bit more into action and less into stealth though. What you should do would be to watch a gameplay video or two and decide if something like that would be fun and/or interesting to play. Besides that, if you haven't played many Assassin's Creed titles, you probably will like it, and on that it IS a good game.. It's not good when it's compared to the classic Ubisoft (or U-Be-Soft as a verb) recipe of open world adventures since it's always the same. But to be fair, AC Black Flag and Shadow of Mordor are the 2 best games of this whole "generation" of video games concerning Ubisoft's action adventures.
