well, hi! I know this might be not the best place to ask for it!
I need a printer mostly for photos. it should be able to be used by phones(android/IOS) via wi-fi. the quality of pictures is the first priority. please consider that I do use it weekly. so I don't want that inkjet type of printers with replacement cartridges that don't include the print head. thanks for help.

If you are not going to make money from that, I sugest you to use a photo printing service you won't regret, printing photos at home is usually a money sink.

EDIT: As far as I remember HP brand are the only ones that include the printing heads.

And the cartridges that include the print heads are found on the lower-end photo printers where the ink is even more expensive per page.

If you're going to be printing lots of photos but for some reason absolutely need the printhead built into the cartridge, the cheapest option I know of would be something with an HP Instant Ink subscription (assuming HP offers that where you live). Instant Ink charges based on actual pages printed out, whether it's a boring business document that uses little ink, or a photo that uses 20x as much.

The other cheap high volume options are small business inkjets like the HP 8720 or Canon MB 5020, or the Epson eco-tank printers (all with separate printheads), or you start getting into the more professional stuff I don't know about (which take more ink colours and are probably better for high quality photos anyways).
