$10, not $13.15. Also:

If you're in Euro Region 1 Steam does $1=1 euro conversion, ending up at 9.99 euros.

Get Games has quite a few games at much lower prices than Steam. They have some discounts which look semi permanent which are very good. They have A Farewell to Dragons at $2 ($20 on Steam), Alpha Protocol for $3.49 (with the full price listed as $14.99, $19.99 on Steam). Lots of other examples. Other games are more expensive than Steam. As always, shop around to find the best price.

Ah, I thought it was a general price discussion. I bought Borderlands there for $4, it's not Steam, and I actually thought of it as a bonus. It would probably be difficult to undercut Steam on Steam games. I'm sure Steam is taking its cut from them.

Steam is more greedy. Deus Ex HR is still 50 euros on steam for us while its 23 dollars or something in US. And I got it from getgames for 15 euros. For new games I usually try retail anyways . Steam is only good for -75% sales.
