Stealth Bastard Deluxe possibly. Just qualifies for being 6 months old (on Steam), with the letter 'R' in the name and the two 'O O's as the goggles, with light being an important feature. $19.99 doesn't follow though :P

I was hoping it was Eador: Masters of the Broken World. Not sure how likely it would be, tho... It met all criteria, and didn't sell all that well (I believe), but it's still too young to be bundled.
