Да, все ключи в том бандле с регион локом, в зависимости от регион в котором ты его купил. Этот оставшийся ключ можно активировать только в СНГ

yeah actually i was wondering that too, hopefully someone shows up with an answer here :)
To rephrase OP question, for capcom bundle when is the region lock generated ? The moment you buy the bundle or after you are done unpacking the key ?
If its the second one, region lock could be avoided by trading gift links instead and thats really imporant thing to know for us traders :o

Yes I'm almost sure it's locked. If you gave a gift link to someone else and they generated the key themselves though, I think it would have been to the region of that person.

Somewhere I read the keys you got are already region-locked according to your payment information. (PayPal supports region too.)
On the other hand, the price of the games on the grey market for the ROW and CIS keys for these games have dropped to almost the same level, even though it is an open secret that mostly Russian and Ukrainian groups buy them in bulk and post them there. So it seems that they are either trying to sell CIS keys as ROW (well, it's the grey market, so it is more than likely), or the region really gets added only at activation.

Hello, everybody! First of all, excuse me for my poor English. I'll try to explain my question as good as I can :) The question is about the Humble Capcom Bundle. When I bought the $1 bundle and started to activate the keys on my Steam account I've noticed that in the moment of activation there's a sign that the game is locked for RU/CIS counties. I'm from Russia, so it's totally OK for me. But the question is about a spare key from this bundle. I have one spare key not as a Humble Bundle gift copy, but just as a key (I've pushed the button at Humble Bundle site to get it as a Steam key). Is it already region locked for RU/CIS or not? Was it converted to the region locked copy at the moment when I clicked the link to get the game as a Steam key? I'm curious, because I have this key for trade and I'm not sure is it region locked or not. I hope someone understand what I wanted to ask in this topic. Thanks in advice, guys!
