Can i have a give-away for my steam group

will my group be able to enter the give-away i'm holding? This is because they need to have $100 worth of games to signup. So any suggestions?

If the limitations Steam Gifts imposes are a problem then make your own giveaway outside the site. Use Random.org or Rafflecopter if you have a suitable site or Facebook page (that's what I use on my Facebook page).
