Yes. Open a giveaway, check if it have cards, if not press the icon with eye and slash over it.

Why would you do that though?
The only point of that I see is if you want to win games here to farm them for cards instead of playing them.

You will probably get blacklisted by many users for such behaviour. If you want to prevent that, I recommend closing this thread. If you do not care, feel free to keep it open.
