Need Fallout 3 help again...

When i go to activate my CD key off steam for the fallout 3 GOTY DLC the steam window is to small to fit the whole key on and for some reason i cant enlarge it... Anybody know a solution or is steam just trollin'?

It kept crashing on character creation buy as the guy above said, modifying .ini fixed it all.

I didn't buy it though Steam but I still had the GFWL key so I'm not sure whose problem it is but after the un installed the cube mod i had no Pipboy or Dialogue UI i've re installed several times.

I just finished the main story. Playing on Windows 7. In the beginning, the game would freeze every 10 mins, but after reading the steam board, i saw a fix for it and it actually worked. 1, 2 crashes after trying it (38 hrs of gameplay. I still hate that you can't minimize the game, or else it freezes, but It's still fine to play with W7.
