Achievements Cheat?

Look at this guy's achievements of CS:go.
Here
He unlocks all 167 achievements in Feb 25, 2014 5:06am.
Also he has 4 hours of cs:go playtime that makes this impossible.
Check other games this dude has. he has full achievements many games like this one.

KL, all perk level 5, or whatever, gives you all perk to level 5.

I thought it's not tied to achievements directly. Besides, it's not like it's that hard to get lvl 6 in KF these days, just use custom maps.

Does it matter? I mean, the unlock time is what matters here. If you'll enter and see all his achievements are unlocked at the same time you'll see he's a cheater. It's like his achievements are screaming "CHEATER!". So I don't even take such people seriously.

It is hack but i played saints row in offline mode about 2-3 hours and got 3 achievements and when i come online steam was displaying 3 achievements and played time 0.0 hours on record

that's true. i completed games in offline too. but he can't really get cs:go achievements in offline mode :D
