People usually give games to the winners soon after giveaways end, but they are allowed to wait for up to 7 days, so it's best to just relax until then. They might try to contact you either by adding you on Steam or by sending you an email, so make sure that your email address on SG is correct, check your email periodically, and look out for friend invites on Steam. If a week goes by and you still haven't received anything then mark the game as "not received" and contact support.

If your email address on SG is wrong then fix it and contact support immediately, because the game might already have been sent to the wrong address.

Also, have a look at the description of the giveaway that you won, just in case the creator wants the winner to initiate contact.
