giveaway gone?

I don't see one.

You can't have made it, as even when deleted by Support, it still remains visible on your profile.

When you make giveaway, there is one final screen asking "Are You Sure" where you need to confirm it. Maybe you just didn't?

Maybe you was making, but in the last step you din't confirmed it? If you don't it never is actually created I guess.
